Every Monday - A 30 min guided self-reflection designed to foster conscious awareness and intentional living. This time will allow for personal reflection, helping you stay grounded, and aligned with your values and true self through the week. It's recommended to bring pen and paper, or something, to use for journaling. If the live time doesn't work, a recorded version is available on my profile.
